systems and tools for registration and analysis of 3-D (volumetric) images, such as MR, CT, and PET images. These
include, 3-D image segmentation, 3-D edge detection, 3-D landmark detection, 3-D landmark correspondence, 3-D
transformation functions, 3-D manual registration, 3-D rigid/linear registration, 3-D nonrigid registration, 3-D
